- What you think matters. What others think doesn’t matter.
- You’ve got to accept your circumstances and learn to work with them instead of against them. It’s tough, very tough, but worth it. Opportunity is everywhere every day, it’s up to us to make use of it.
- People will judge you no matter what. It’s okay to be judged, it’s part of life. There is no harm as long as one is content with their own life.
- It’s also okay to lose people along the way. Not everyone is meant to stay. Even you.
- Money matters but past a certain point it becomes useless. Living racing after money is not worth it.
- It’s not lonely or bad to spend time on your own. It’s lonely out there if you’re chasing after people never understanding needing space for yourself.
- There is always going to be someone better than you and that is not a bad thing. We all have our gifts and talents that we give to the world. It’s best to accept it and move on.
- Some things will not work out. That’s just the flow of things. There is no straight path, everyone has got their own battles to live through. So, enjoy the ride instead of resisting it.
- Bitterness, jealousy, envy and emotions of that sort are a waste of time.
- What will get you far is discipline. Wit is cool too. That’s it. In the end it’s about who really wanted to get somewhere and who didn’t.
- When life gets tough, remember: tough times never last, tough people do.
- Life isn’t a competition in of itself but it is full of competition. There is no one living who is not competing for something. Some competitions are rough, some are easy to withstand. So, learn to be okay with competing, it’s part of nature.
- Don’t buy into too many illusions. They will tell you your best days are your 20s, you get married by 28, have children by 28, have a house by 28, set career by 28, live happily ever after by 28. You’re expected to run through your 20s checking off a plethora of milestones even though these steps on their own aren’t fulfilling.

13 Ways To Live By What Works For You
7 Daily Routines That Improves Quality Of Life
- Keep checking in with your mind. Many problems occur within the mind but not within our realities. Meaning sometimes it’s just a mind game. A sick mind makes it seem like everything you do is a a problem; a healthy mind can live in a state of calm- and easiness. Reaching that state is easier said than done but it requires only living and living fully.
- Keep reminding yourself to live your life on your own terms no matter what happens. Don’t fall for constant comparison and competition. A little amount is healthy but living for other people just isn’t worth it.
- Try to start out and end your days with calmness. Calmness births creativity. Creativity births new lives. Sounds odd but it is true. Once you feel like you can be creative or have a creative outlet you get a new sense of self-esteem. It is surprising how much life can change when you find your passion. And it all starts out with finding calmness.
- Write a lot. Do sports.
- Don’t live by the past. Never think in the terms of “I am because this and that happened” or “I am because I did”. Instead see yourself in the now, you are because well, you are. It might seem dumb but it really isn’t. Living by the past is a terrifying constraint, don’t fall victim to it.
- Decisions are important. The decisions we make every single day end up shaping our lives. Try to become more aware of the decisions you make every single day. One decision, one habit, one outlet can change the outcome of your life.
- Make sure you’re doing well and are content majority of the time. Life is too short to spend it miserable or in toxic company.
Stay Happy. Have a nice day.
How To Handle The Subconscious Mind And Have A Positive Attitude
Your subconscious mind can feed on thoughts of defeat or thoughts of success. It’s a bit of a chain reaction. What you decide to think about or dwell on will leave an impression on your mind that will effect everything you do day in and day out.
A Man is as Big as the Measure of His Thinking. It’s simple really. If you give up and get frustrated with something, that frustration will have a negative impact on the rest of your activities. On the other hand if you plow through something, work hard and find a solution, the impact of that victory will be seen throughout your activities…
Confidence stems from convincing yourself you can… I often see people arguing online and getting all worked up because of some issue or whatever… And a lot of times you will see emotion come out of people that you know is impacting their attitude at least in the short term.
I’m not saying I’m always level… although my wife seems to think that I’m too level and mellow at times… but you can’t get too caught up emotionally or negatively in something that really isn’t necessary.
Sometimes we must battle; other times it’s not going to make an impact anyway… just walk away and do something else.
You are the master of your attitude and because of that, you can control your effectiveness, productivity, and results online or offline in your business or personal life.
The choice is really yours to think what you think. It may take some effort to train yourself to think a certain way, but it’s worth it. That effort will translate to your subconscious and make for a better YOU.
You can decide to control your subconscious or turn it over to itself and let it control you.
Think Positive… not negative.
A lot of people will joke when someone starts chatting about positive attitudes and such… but I can guarantee you there is something to it. You will have much better relationships and results in your life if you are positive rather than negative…
A book worth picking up and reading about building a positive attitude is:
Success Through a Positive Mental Attitude by W. Stone
I at least suggest taking a peek. This approach to life has made my life better and happier…
Many years ago I was at a stage in my life walking down the road of negativity and let my subconscious mind control my actions… that is no longer the case and I’m now much more effective in all aspects of my life.
