·        Now, slowly lift your head up, while your palm supporting your body and lift your upper torso up. Look towards the ceiling. Be sure that you raise your body only as far as you can and keep your buttocks firm.
 
·        This yoga posture will lengthen of your spine. You could feel the stretch. Stay in this position for a slow count of 15. 
 
·        Slowly, lower your upper body while exhaling and come back to the starting position. Practicing this pose at least 10 times daily facilitates you to maintain a longer spine and thus, increase your height.

iii)           Trikonasana (Triangle Pose):
Steps
·       
First stand eject with your feet wide apart.
·        Now, turn right with your right foot pointing towards right and left foot pointing straight.
·        Touch your right foot with your right hand by bending your body to the right side. Now keep your left arm above your head. Be sure that both arms in a straight line.
·        Feel the stretch in your thighs, back, oblique’s, and neck while looking up towards your left arm.
·        Stay about 20 seconds in this pose. Keep breathing in and breathe out as you hold the pose.
·        Then return to the starting position slowly.
·        Repeat this on the left side in the same way.
·        Do this pose 5 times every day.

iv)            Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand):
Steps
·       
Lie on your back with feet together, and shoulders relaxed.
·        Contract your glutes, quads, and hamstrings muscles and slowly lift your legs up.
·        Now, with your palms, support your back by holding your waist and then lift up the pelvis.
·        Form a steady and straight line with your toes pointing up. Look up at your toes.
·        Stay in this position for 5 seconds.
·        Then gently, lower your body and come back to the initial position.
·        Repeat this pose 5-7 times.
Growth of our body actually takes place when we are sleeping.
