10 Good Improvement Habits To Follow

1. Limit your decision making in 100 seconds.

Decision fatigue is a real thing cause the little decisions add up to be overwhelming. Limit decision making as much as possible and reduce decision fatigue.

2. Set limits for social media usage.

If hours slip away from your scroll, set 30 minutes a day for usage of social media.

3. Buy a 2 liter water bottle instead of refilling the small bottle.

Just fill that bottle up in the morning and finish it by the PM. You could drink much water with that bottle.

4. Mix up your meal plans.

There’s not just one specific nutrient or food component that’s linked to staying healthy. Instead, it’s about synergy.

5. Always have deep conversations with the right people.

A single conversation with a person who have the same soul with you is better than years of study.

6. Use the stairs instead of the elevator.

Rather than planning to exercise when you “have the time”, use the stairs properly.

7. Mute(or unfollow) most social media accounts.

Instead of watching other people’s lives, go live your own. So it’s time to mute or unfollow your sorority sister’s ex-boyfriend’s cousin that you met a few time.

8. Set your alarm 10 minutes earlier than you need to.

If your mornings feel more like a race against the clock, consider waking up extra early to have a slow, calm start your day.

9. Set 3-4 daily priorities

Focus is what brings us results. And elimination is the key, Every day, work on 3-4 essential(and small) tasks that will bring you closer to your weekly and yearly goals.

10. Manage your money based on what brings you joy.

Money is your life’s energy. It’s just an exchange of value of the effort. So be thoughtful about how you want to spend your life’s energy.
