The Kind Of Mindset Common To every Successful People

  1. Nothing comes Randomly. Everything has a ‘Cause-and-Effect’ relationship to it. Find the Cause to the Effect you desire and you will create your own future.
  2. The small things Matter. Progress over a long period of time is not dictated by the few, big things you do, but by the small things done daily and consistently.
  3. It’s okay to Feel Scared. Courage is, in most cases, the limiting resource to achieving ones dreams. That being said, if one allows themselves to feel scared and do the required things anyway, it will break almost all limitations.
  4. The Goal should be a Reminder. It should not be a constant threat looming over life, but rather something one takes a frequent glance at. Focusing the energy on the task at hand and making sure one celebrates every little bit of progress can only be done when one is not constantly focused on the bigger goal.
  5. There is Great Power in Intention. Every situation changes entirely based on the Intention one has for that situation. Make use of that wisely.
  6. Wheels are already invented. There are people out there that already know >90% of any path. Learn from those people and copy their path as best as possible so that you do not have to use energy on things that you could have solved far easier.
  7. The Truth is always Simple. Either you are doing what you need to be or you’re not. Either you have the life you want or not. Either you are progressing towards your dreams or not. Everything that comes afterwards is an unneeded explanation and just devalues the truth.
  8. It’s not supposed to be easy. Life is hard. Ambitious dreams are difficult to attain. Anything worth fighting for needs to be fought for. Some days will suck and some days will be hard, and as long as you resist that in the attempts to make everything easy you will never truly rise above what you are capable of.
  9. Everything is connected. How healthy you eat affects your energy. Your energy levels affect the amount of concentration you can bring forth. The concentration you bring forth helps with working harder. Working harder creates more positive reinforcement. That positive reinforcement raises your self-worth. And your self-worth pushes you to do more for yourself. Every little thing you do affects everything else, and will either drag your life down or raise it up. Whether you rise or fall then depends on how many things are pulling in either direction.
  10. The Past does not matter. Anything that leads you to more success than you have now is created now. Regardless of where you were or what you’ve done, you can reach success from anywhere. Let go of the anchor from the past.
  11. Success changes. The ones that are most successful are those that have defined what success means to them on a personal level. Your version of success will be unique to you.
  12. Every person of success is comfortable with themselves. It’s easy to see if they are not comfortable with who they are, and it will feel like they are a lot less happy and successful. The ones that we truly look up to in terms of success are those with nothing to hide.
  13. It’s always about value. It’s never about the money.
  14. Emotion Sells. This is true for any service or product you may sell, as well as any course of action you are trying to sell to yourself.
  15. You know what to do. If I were to give you a million dollars right now to tell me what it was that would change your life to a life of success you could definitely answer that. It may not be the perfect answer, but it will be good enough to start. Meaning that it’s not the knowledge that’s missing, but the action.
  16. The Journey is more important than the Goal. The goal will never be grand enough to justify the amount of work required. If you don’t love what you do while you do it, you will not consider yourself successful regardless of how far you reach.
  17. Just Do It. Ignore the reasons, explanations and justifications. You know what to do. Do it.

Ways And Ideas To Break Out Of The Cycle Of Depression, Self-blame, Meandering Purposelessness, And Mediocrity

I am trying to break out of the cycle of depression, self-blame, meandering purposelessness and mediocrity by these ways-

  • First, we have to accept ourselves. Whatever you are, just accept it. I am a mediocre, person. I’ve accepted myself. Then, work hard to overcome the mediocrity. I am working hard to improve my condition.
  • Don't be part of a rat race of life. Here, everyone wants to be a winner. But people always forget that if you win this rat race, you will be trapped in this vicious circle of success. There will be lots of stress and unlimited expectations. So, find your passion and work on it. I have found my passion and working hard to achieve it.
  • Enhance your physical and mental capability to face the challenge of life. Do meditation, running and push-ups. Every morning, I do these things.
  • Do you know what is the secret of success? Don’t expect anything from life. Just do your activities sincerely and pretend that you don’t have the right to get anything. Whatever, you get, consider it as a bonus. Life will be really easy. I strictly follow this principle in my life.
  • Don’t take life too seriously. You will be in deep trouble. I take life as usual.
  • Try to be persistent with your hard work and time management. Life is not a movie and anything will not be changed overnight. Give continuous effort and do work hard. The situation will start to change gradually.
  • Always show gratitude to God about your situation. Millions of people are homeless, and they don't have food to eat. Always think about their condition. I feel blessed and show gratitude to God that my condition is way better than them.
  • Build a powerful habit. 90%people don't get rid of bad habits. They try to achieve success but they get failed again and again due to being persisted with bad habits. So, set your goal and do particular tasks every day. It can be developing your math skill, language skill or programming skill. Just spend 30–40 minutes every day. It will turn into a habit. Your subconscious mind will work for it, you don't need to do anything.
  • Help people. Whatever your condition is, always try to help people. It will give you self-confidence and self-satisfaction. I love to help.
  • Try to live in the present moment. Your past has already gone. Your future is waiting. You can not change these. You can only change the present moment by doing hard work. Therefore, I always focus on the present moment.
  • Take responsibility for your action. Self-blame is not a solution to any problem. We have to take responsibility for our own action. Then, find out the solutions to overcome the problem. I don't give self-blame and I take responsibility for my action and evaluate it.
  • Set your goal of life. Purposelessness is a dangerous thing which distracts your mind. Therefore, do meditation and try to think about what you love to do. During meditation, your mind will be stable, highly focused and you will find out your purpose of life. But you have to meditation for 3 months regularly. Then, it will work.
  • Stands out among the crowd. Overcoming mediocrity is difficult but possible. Always try to stand out among the crowd by your innovative business ideas, hard work and unique qualities.
  • Don't try to be the jack of all trade. You should focus on only one particular subject and try to achieve world-class expertise on that specific subject. It can be sports, theatre, singing, playing an instrument, writing, photography.
  • Life is full of endless opportunities. I can fail at an exam, rejected by employers, fired from jobs, rejected by girls. Life is more than that of these failures. Lots of doors may be closed for me. But I believe that there are hundreds of doors which I can open and astonishing opportunities are waiting for me.
  • Self-confidence and good interpersonal skill really work in a tough situation. I do meditation, run, speak English with my friends to develop English language skill, practice public speaking in front of a mirror, set small targets and try to achieve it, talk with strangers and make friends, read a self-help book, observe behavior of successful people to achieve self-confidence and interpersonal skill.
  • Create own method to solve for the specific problem. I forget everything. That’s why I write everything down in my notebook, create reminders in my cellphone and use sticky notes software on my laptop to remind me about the deadlines for any task.
  • Only think about those things which are in your control. I don't think about my height and directional dyslexia problem. It's out of my control. I only focus on activities that are in my control and help me to become a more skilled and better person.
  • Do what you love. I love to write. But I know that I don't have a good writing skill. Moreover, I made lots of grammatical mistakes in my answers on Quora. Still, I continue writing. I write to satisfy myself and get rid of my suffering and pain.
  • Always try to be positive after several failures. American Industrialist and the founder of Ford Motor Company, Henry Ford has a nice quote about failure. When I fail at different situations of life, I just remember this quote

“Failure is the opportunity to begin again, more intelligently.”- Henry Ford

Does Money Equal Happiness ?

The truth is that we human beings require each time more that we already have.

So, rich people complain that money has stolen their happy days and those who are not so financially fortunate say that only money could complete their life, that they would surely get everything else on their own if only they had the means to do that.

The truth lies somewhere in the middle. It is not accurate to say money brings happiness, because it doesn’t.

But at the same time one can not claim money has nothing to do with it.  We are never really happy, maybe just for the brief moment when we reach our purposes or complete one of our dreams

But then, very soon after that, a new totally different problem or desire arises to take that happiness away.

It’s human nature to be unsettled and uncertain and it is not a bad thing.

Whether we want to admit it or not, we all are happy at certain moments in life, but all we say is that we are never happy.

There’s always something to inflict with our self-assurance or way of living that makes us nervous, sad or depressed. And money is indeed one of those factors. Many people need it just to pay for food and shelter and they are happy if it’s enough to provide just that.

But others, and I’m not talking here about rich people, they already have some living assurance and need more money for other desires or things they want to buy.

And the list can go on and on as we climb social and financial levels one at a time. Everyone wants something, and once they have it it’s not enough or just too much and too stressful to deal with. In fact, we should be happy just with what we have and stop thinking about money so much.

Money is an important factor in achieving stability and eventually even happiness because we let it, we even push it up to that pedestal.

Money does not equal happiness, it’s even worse than that: because money exists happiness is harder to reach.

But then again, if not for money, we’d come up with something else that we would let interfere with our life and cause us an infinite diversity of problems…It’s just human nature.

Have a Wonderful Day.
